Rinse your pinto beans and make sure you remove any dirt, rocks, etc. Place them in the crock pot with all the ingredients listed above. Cook on high 8 hours. You can stir every now if you would like. Take a potato masher and mash the beans. Or you can you a immersion blender. That is it! You will never buy store beans again!</span></p><p style="background-color: white; border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; color: #39223f; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em; padding: 0px;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;">So now that I have given you the refried beans recipe, I made some awesome nachos just for gameday. So get your favorite tortilla chips and layer them on a foil lined cookie sheet. Add about a cup or 2 of the refried beans. Top with about a cup of your favorite shredded cheese. I then top them with basic taco meat. </span><span style="font-size: 12pt;">From there you add more shredded cheese. I have to admit I’m really heavy with the cheese, way more than I’m going to admit. I would say a normal person would use about 2 cups. Put your nachos in a 450 degree oven for about 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is nice and bubbly.</span></p><p style="background-color: white; border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; color: #39223f; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em; padding: 0px;"><br /></p><p style="background-color: white; border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; color: #39223f; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em; padding: 0px;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;">Right out of the oven I add green onion. I mixed the butter and sugar in my stand mixer until smooth. The only thing I really changed in my grandma’s recipe is the vanilla. I know it sounds like a lot but I’m telling you it is the perfect amount to get the right flavor.</span></p><p style="background-color: white; border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; color: #39223f; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em; padding: 0px;"> </p><p style="background-color: white; border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; color: #39223f; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em; padding: 0px;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;">Add dry ingredients to the wet and blend until well mixed. I then put the dough in the fridge overnight. You can do it for less time but you want it nice and cold. When ready to bake preheat oven 350. Line your cookie sheet with a silicone mat. If you don’t have one they are awesome! Roll small balls of dough and place on sheet. I like mine really small, like the mini size but you can make them closer to the original size. </span></p><p style="background-color: white; border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; color: #39223f; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em; padding: 0px;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;">Flatten out the balls slightly before baking. Cook for 15 minutes or until golden brown. If you want more of a sugar cookie consistency 10 minutes should be long enough. Transfer to a wire rack until cool. </span></p><p style="background-color: white; border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; color: #39223f; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em; padding: 0px;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;">I personally waited a couple of days before I used in my banana pudding just to make sure they were hard enough. Enjoy!!</span></p><p style="background-color: white; border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; color: #39223f; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em; padding: 0px;"><br /></p><p style="background-color: white; border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; color: #39223f; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em; padding: 0px;"> </p><p style="background-color: white; border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; color: #39223f; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em; padding: 0px;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; color: #993366;"><em style="box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: 700;">Here We Go Again Ready wasn’t compensated for this post. Extra sourdough bread to be exact. It is so hard to find anywhere else I have lived so I thought well if I can’t find it maybe I can make it? I have to warn on this recipe, it takes a long time. This is because you aren’t using yeast at all. You are only using the natural yeast of the sourdough starter. <p></p><p style="background-color: white; border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; color: #39223f; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em; padding: 0px;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;">Okay so you say sourdough starter, what is that? Well it is a process that takes at least a week before it is ready to go. For a good sourdough starter recipe I started at King Arthur Flour’s site and followed the recipe <a href="https://www.kingarthurflour.com/recipes/sourdough-starter-recipe" style="background-color: transparent; box-sizing: border-box; color: #783d98; text-decoration-line: none;">here</a>.</span></p><p style="background-color: white; border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; color: #39223f; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em; padding: 0px;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;">Once at least a week has past and your starter is looking good and ready it’s time to start on the bread. Now like I stated this is a rustic sourdough bread. It doesn’t use added yeast. There are many recipes with yeast used along with the starter and I will post one at a later date. </span></p><p style="background-color: white; border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; color: #39223f; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em; padding: 0px;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;">This recipe makes 2 loaves. Make sure you follow all of the steps and you will have an amazing bread.</span></p><p style="background-color: white; border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; color: #39223f; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em; padding: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">My family gets so excited when they see that I’m in the process of making this bread. It is well worth the wait I can promise you that. </span></p><p style="background-color: white; border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; color: #39223f; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em; padding: 0px;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;">Now for the recipe. This recipe is based on what I found a few years ago and I have tweaked to my liking. You can find the dough recipe at <a href="http://www.geniuskitchen.com/recipe/pierogi-dough-79860" rel="nofollow" style="background-color: transparent; box-sizing: border-box; color: #783d98; text-decoration-line: none;">Genius Kitchen</a>. I just double the recipe.</span></p><p style="background-color: white; border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; color: #39223f; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em; padding: 0px;"> </p><p style="background-color: white; border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; color: #39223f; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em; padding: 0px;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;">I personally put the dough in the fridge for an hour after the 30 minutes resting. I also double the recipe. Once I have the dough in the fridge I mix the filling. I have heard that there are many different fillings out there, even sweet ones. I personally always use mashed potatoes and shredded cheddar cheese. The ratio is about 2 cups potatoes to 2 cups cheese. You then mix them together. I have also thrown some green onion into the mix. Once I have the filling done I pull out the dough and roll it very thin. As thin as you can and still be able to handle it. Use a biscuit cutter or glass to cut out the dough. Fill each circle with the filling, making sure not to overstuff. Less is more because if you fill them too much they are hard to seal. You then seal with your fingers and finish with a fork around the edges.</span></p><p style="background-color: white; border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; color: #39223f; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em; padding: 0px;"><a href="https://i2.wp.com/www.herewegoagainready.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/07/37734951_2191271787776961_4370893087908560896_n.jpg" style="background-color: transparent; box-sizing: border-box; color: #783d98; text-decoration-line: none;"><img alt="" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-17251" height="422" loading="lazy" sizes="(max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px" src="https://i2.wp.com/www.herewegoagainready.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/07/37734951_2191271787776961_4370893087908560896_n.jpg?resize=750%2C422" srcset="https://i2.wp.com/www.herewegoagainready.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/07/37734951_2191271787776961_4370893087908560896_n.jpg?w=1560 1560w, https://i2.wp.com/www.herewegoagainready.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/07/37734951_2191271787776961_4370893087908560896_n.jpg?resize=300%2C169 300w, https://i2.wp.com/www.herewegoagainready.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/07/37734951_2191271787776961_4370893087908560896_n.jpg?resize=768%2C432 768w, https://i2.wp.com/www.herewegoagainready.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/07/37734951_2191271787776961_4370893087908560896_n.jpg?resize=1024%2C576 1024w, https://i2.wp.com/www.herewegoagainready.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/07/37734951_2191271787776961_4370893087908560896_n.jpg?w=1500 1500w" style="border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; height: auto; margin: 6px 0px 0px; max-width: 100%; padding: 0px; vertical-align: middle;" width="750" /></a></p><p style="background-color: white; border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; color: #39223f; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em; padding: 0px;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 12pt;">At this point you can freeze them right away on your cookie sheet or cook right away. I am a cook at heart. I love to cook and bake and staying at home really has given me the opportunity to make many different dishes. Some days if you are like me, easy recipes that you can just throw in the crockpot are the way to go. Salsa chicken is one of those recipes that are just that. So are you ready for one of the easiest most flavorful meals ever? Well wait no more!</p><p style="background-color: white; border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; color: #39223f; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em; padding: 0px;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: 700;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; color: maroon;">Salsa Chicken</span></span></p><p style="background-color: white; border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; color: #39223f; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em; padding: 0px;">1-1 1/2 pounds chicken breast</p><p style="background-color: white; border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; color: #39223f; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em; padding: 0px;">1 16 oz jar of salsa ( I like hot)</p><p style="background-color: white; border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; color: #39223f; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em; padding: 0px;">garlic powder to taste</p><p style="background-color: white; border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; color: #39223f; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em; padding: 0px;">1 teaspoon chili powder</p><p style="background-color: white; border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; color: #39223f; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em; padding: 0px;">1 teaspoon cumin</p><p style="background-color: white; border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; color: #39223f; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em; padding: 0px;">1 teaspoon black pepper</p><p style="background-color: white; border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; color: #39223f; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em; padding: 0px;">1/4 cup chicken broth</p><p style="background-color: white; border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; color: #39223f; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em; padding: 0px;"> </p><p style="background-color: white; border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; color: #39223f; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em; padding: 0px;">That’s it! Now that you have the ingredients it is really easy. Put the chicken in the crock pot. Add chicken broth. I use a few frozen ice cubes of homemade bone broth. I will add that recipe to the site soon, I promise. If you have an Instant Pot it is easy peasy.</p><p style="background-color: white; border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; color: #39223f; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em; padding: 0px;">Add garlic, chili powder, cumin, and black pepper to chicken. Salt can be added if you would like, I personally don’t add extra salt to most of my dishes. You can really change up the amounts on the seasonings depending on your own taste. Top with your favorite salsa. Close the lid and cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6-8 hours. I personally like HIGH for chicken breast. Once your chicken is 165 F you take it out shred it up with a couple of forks and mix with as much liquid as you would like.</p><p style="background-color: white; border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; color: #39223f; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em; padding: 0px;"><a href="https://i1.wp.com/www.herewegoagainready.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/20200101_182652.jpg" style="background-color: transparent; box-sizing: border-box; color: #783d98; text-decoration-line: none;"><img alt="shredded salsa chicken" class="alignnone wp-image-18385 size-full" height="562" loading="lazy" sizes="(max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px" src="https://i1.wp.com/www.herewegoagainready.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/20200101_182652.jpg?resize=750%2C563" srcset="https://i1.wp.com/www.herewegoagainready.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/20200101_182652.jpg?w=2500 2500w, https://i1.wp.com/www.herewegoagainready.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/20200101_182652.jpg?resize=300%2C225 300w, https://i1.wp.com/www.herewegoagainready.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/20200101_182652.jpg?resize=1024%2C768 1024w, https://i1.wp.com/www.herewegoagainready.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/20200101_182652.jpg?resize=768%2C576 768w, https://i1.wp.com/www.herewegoagainready.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/20200101_182652.jpg?resize=1536%2C1152 1536w, https://i1.wp.com/www.herewegoagainready.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/20200101_182652.jpg?resize=2048%2C1536 2048w, https://i1.wp.com/www.herewegoagainready.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/20200101_182652.jpg?w=2250 2250w" style="border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; height: auto; margin: 6px 0px 0px; max-width: 100%; padding: 0px; vertical-align: middle;" width="750" /></a></p><p style="background-color: white; border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; color: #39223f; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em; padding: 0px;">This chicken can be used in tacos, burritos, burrito bowls, nachos, the sky is the limit! I love turkey a few times a year and an electric roaster will give you a perfect result each time. This easy recipe I use will never fail you. It gives a tender, juicy, flavorful bird each time. So start by removing the turkey from the wrapper pull the neck and giblets and all that out. Now for the recipe:</p><h2 style="background-color: white; border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; color: #39223f; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 30px; line-height: normal; margin: 1em 0px 0.5em; padding: 0px;"><span style="box-sizing: border-box; color: maroon;">Electric Roaster Turkey</span></h2><p style="background-color: white; border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; color: #39223f; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em; padding: 0px;">1 whole turkey</p><p style="background-color: white; border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; color: #39223f; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em; padding: 0px;">2 lemons cut in half</p><p style="background-color: white; border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; color: #39223f; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em; padding: 0px;">1 medium onion cut in fourths (can leave skin on)</p><p style="background-color: white; border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; color: #39223f; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em; padding: 0px;">2 sticks butter</p><p style="background-color: white; border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; color: #39223f; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em; padding: 0px;">4 cups chicken or turkey broth</p><p style="background-color: white; border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; color: #39223f; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em; padding: 0px;">seasoning to taste ( I use poultry seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder and pepper usually)</p><p style="background-color: white; border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; color: #39223f; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em; padding: 0px;">Remove liner of roaster and put turkey in. Slide you fingers under the skin of the bird pressing to make room to slide butter between skin and meat. You can put seasonings on the butter before you slide it in if you would like. I put a half of a stick under the skin on each side of the back of bird and half in each side of the front.</p><p style="background-color: white; border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; color: #39223f; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em; padding: 0px;"><a href="https://i1.wp.com/www.herewegoagainready.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/IMG_0376-Edited.jpg" style="background-color: transparent; box-sizing: border-box; color: #783d98; text-decoration-line: none;"><img alt="" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-18629" data-recalc-dims="1" height="563" loading="lazy" sizes="(max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px" src="https://i1.wp.com/www.herewegoagainready.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/IMG_0376-Edited.jpg?resize=750%2C563" srcset="https://i1.wp.com/www.herewegoagainready.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/IMG_0376-Edited.jpg?w=1000 1000w, https://i1.wp.com/www.herewegoagainready.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/IMG_0376-Edited.jpg?resize=300%2C225 300w, https://i1.wp.com/www.herewegoagainready.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/IMG_0376-Edited.jpg?resize=768%2C576 768w" style="border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; height: auto; margin: 6px 0px 0px; max-width: 100%; padding: 0px; vertical-align: middle;" width="750" /></a></p><p style="background-color: white; border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; color: #39223f; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em; padding: 0px;">Then you put the turkey liner in the electric roaster. Whether you are having beans, pulled pork, or so many other dishes this is a perfect addition. You can even eat it alone. i can’t tell you how many times I have a piece with butter and honey for a sweet snack.<p></p><p style="background-color: white; border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; color: #39223f; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em; padding: 0px;">What is really nice is if you have any left overs, which we never do in this house you can easily freeze it. I just put it in a freezer zipper bag and boom done. I only have one time and we used it within the first month. I’m sure it could of been in there about 3 months and still been good as fresh.</p><div class="wprm-recipe-ingredients-container" style="background-color: white; box-sizing: border-box; color: #39223f; I was lucky today I found roast on a really good sale and I knew exactly what I was going to make for dinner! I also have to state that my husband usually doesn’t like roast because he ate it a lot as a kid. He even likes this recipe so that says a lot!</p><p style="background-color: white; border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; color: #39223f; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em; padding: 0px;">I also can’t wait until the next day when I have open roast beef sandwiches with the leftovers. The flavors really soak in the next day and make it the perfect left over meal.</p><p style="background-color: white; border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; color: #39223f; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em; padding: 0px;">I did put potatoes on the bottom of the roast but I didn’t include it in the list of ingredients because it wasn’t part of the original family recipe. I just love the flavors the potatoes soak up. You can also add sliced onions and mushrooms and peppers or other veggies, it is very versatile. If you have chicken breasts and not roast that’s okay, too. You can use chicken in the place of the roast and it is just as amazing! As with all of my recipes you can add your favorite ingredients to make the recipe your own this is just a start.</p><div class="wprm-recipe-ingredients-container wprm-recipe-306-ingredients-container wprm-block-text-normal wprm-ingredient-style-regular" data-recipe="306" data-servings="8" style="background-color: white; This is one of my favorite quick and easy versatile recipes. You can really change things up depending on what you have in the house. I have been known to throw some green beans, carrots, peas, or broccoli in the mix. I have also gone without cheese and it is just as yummy.</p><p style="background-color: white; border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; color: #39223f; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em; padding: 0px;">These ingredients are only a guide. You can change up the seasoning to what you have around your house. This recipe even my 10 year old daughter can pull off. You can use a whole chicken that is already cooked or even canned if you would rather. If you want a Mexican flare you can add a can or 2 of green chilies.</p><h3 class="wprm-recipe-header wprm-recipe-ingredients-header wprm-block-text-bold wprm-align-left wprm-header-decoration-none" style="background-color: white; border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; color: #39223f; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 24px; line-height: normal; margin: 1em 0px 0.5em; padding: 0px;">INGREDIENTS</h3><div class="wprm-recipe-ingredient-group" style="background-color: white; box-sizing: border-box; color: #39223f; font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;"><ul class="wprm-recipe-ingredients" style="border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0.5em 0px 0.5em 1.5em;"><li class="wprm-recipe-ingredient" style="border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 0.5em; padding: 0px;"> 1 lb <span class="wprm-recipe-ingredient-name" style="box-sizing: border-box;">chicken</span> breast <span class="wprm-recipe-ingredient-notes wprm-recipe-ingredient-notes-faded" style="box-sizing: border-box;">cooked and diced or shredded</span></li><li class="wprm-recipe-ingredient" style="border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 0.5em; padding: 0px;"><span class="wprm-recipe-ingredient-amount" style="box-sizing: border-box;">1</span> <span class="wprm-recipe-ingredient-name" style="box-sizing: border-box;">dry onion soup mix</span></li><li class="wprm-recipe-ingredient" style="border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 0.5em; padding: 0px;"><span class="wprm-recipe-ingredient-amount" style="box-sizing: border-box;">2</span> <span class="wprm-recipe-ingredient-unit" style="box-sizing: border-box;">can</span> <span class="wprm-recipe-ingredient-name" style="box-sizing: border-box;">cream of chicken soup</span></li><li class="wprm-recipe-ingredient" style="border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 0.5em; padding: 0px;"><span class="wprm-recipe-ingredient-amount" style="box-sizing: border-box;">2 1/4</span> <span class="wprm-recipe-ingredient-unit" style="box-sizing: border-box;">cup</span> <span class="wprm-recipe-ingredient-name" style="box-sizing: border-box;">milk</span></li><li class="wprm-recipe-ingredient" style="border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 0.5em; padding: 0px;"><span class="wprm-recipe-ingredient-amount" style="box-sizing: border-box;">1</span> <span class="wprm-recipe-ingredient-unit" style="box-sizing: border-box;">cup</span> <span class="wprm-recipe-ingredient-name" style="box-sizing: border-box;">sour cream</span></li><li class="wprm-recipe-ingredient" style="border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 0.5em; padding: 0px;"><span class="wprm-recipe-ingredient-amount" style="box-sizing: border-box;">1/2</span> <span class="wprm-recipe-ingredient-unit" style="box-sizing: border-box;">cup</span> <span class="wprm-recipe-ingredient-name" style="box-sizing: border-box;">water</span></li><li class="wprm-recipe-ingredient" style="border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 0.5em; padding: 0px;"><span class="wprm-recipe-ingredient-amount" style="box-sizing: border-box;">2</span> <span class="wprm-recipe-ingredient-unit" style="box-sizing: border-box;">cup</span> uncooked white or brown instant<span class="wprm-recipe-ingredient-name" style="box-sizing: border-box;"> rice</span></li><li class="wprm-recipe-ingredient" style="border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 0.5em; padding: 0px;"><span class="wprm-recipe-ingredient-amount" style="box-sizing: border-box;">Mrs Dash garlic herb</span></li><li class="wprm-recipe-ingredient" style="border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 0.5em; padding: 0px;"><span class="wprm-recipe-ingredient-name" style="box-sizing: border-box;">pepper</span></li><li style="border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 0.5em; padding: 0px;">2 cups colby jack cheese</li></ul><p style="border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em; padding: 0px;">Preheat your oven to 350. I use a 13×9 pan sprayed with cooking spray. Take all the ingredients except the cheese and mix in a big bowl. Pour everything in the bowl in your prepared pan. Wrap in aluminum foil and cook for 45 minutes. Remove the aluminum foil and if you are adding cheese do that now. I say 2 cups but honestly I probably use more, we love tons of cheese at my house. If you are wanting to kick up the spice you can use pepper jack that is amazing! Put the pan back in the oven for 15 minutes or until the cheese is nice and bubbly. If you are going without cheese 10-15 minutes should be fine. Let cool about 5-10 minutes and Enjoy!</p><p style="border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em; padding: 0px;"><a href="https://i0.wp.com/www.herewegoagainready.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/IMG_0434.jpg" style="background-color: transparent; box-sizing: border-box; color: #783d98; text-decoration-line: none;"><img alt="" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-18675" height="534" loading="lazy" sizes="(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px" src="https://i0.wp.com/www.herewegoagainready.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/IMG_0434.jpg?resize=700%2C534" srcset="https://i0.wp.com/www.herewegoagainready.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/IMG_0434.jpg?w=700 700w, https://i0.wp.com/www.herewegoagainready.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/IMG_0434.jpg?resize=300%2C229 300w" style="border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; height: auto; margin: 6px 0px 0px; max-width: 100%; padding: 0px; vertical-align: middle;" width="700" /></a></p><p style="border: 0px none; box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 1.5em; padding: 0px;">I usually serve with a side salad.
