I love to cook, I also love to try new things.  When I was given the opportunity to try Emile Noel Artisan Oils I was all about it.  I tried the Organic Cooking Oil Spray which is Sunflower.

I really enjoyed this oil.  It is very versatile.  The first time I used it was for my vegetable spaghetti.  I sprayed my pan with the Emile Noel Organic Cooking Oil Spray in Sunflower.  I then added my onion, garlic, baby bellas, and zucchini. It cooked very evenly and didn't burn in the high heat.

Next I used it as a base for my salad dressing.  I just made a very basic vinegar and oil dressing.  Equal parts oil and vinegar, some garlic, and Italian seasoning.  I really enjoyed the flavor.  I usually use olive oil but this was a pleasant change.

This morning my daughter wanted eggs for breakfast and I again used the Emile Noel Organic Cooking Oil Spray in Sunflower.  I really enjoyed that this spray is pure oil without added chemicals like other cooking sprays.  The eggs turned out perfectly. I again and very impressed by how this oil handles heat.

I also feel it is very important with a family with kids that Emile Noel oils are organic and non-GMO.
