  2. I have canned. I started last year. I am loving it! Nothing like looking at the filled Mason Jars, they are so beautiful, like art. So far this year I have canned blueberry jam and pickles. Looking forward to canning a lot more this fall.

  6. I can every summer. Usually Cinnamon pickles, jalapeno jelly and green tomato ketchup are my favorite things to can.

  8. I can every summer and fall. But my pressure canner is broken, so I'm only able to water bath can this year :)

  10. A few years ago, the apple trees around the house produced so many apples I taught myself how to can so I could save some of that bounty!

  14. I used to can with my Mom when we lived on the farm, and I miss it, but it is kind of epensive for the initial investment. Esp when you don't have alot of extra cash :)

  18. I have never canned but I watched my grandmother do it every year. She had the best canned tomatoes in southern Ohio! That art stopped when she passed. I seriously need to start canning and teach my kids.
