I drink two cups of decaf every morning with lots of sugar and milk. Sometimes I will make a pot at night too in the winter - always decaf!

I only take it in the morning - any later than noon and I won't sleep at night! I like it freshly brewed with a teaspoon of Truvia and I top it off with milk.
