I was given the opportunity to review Vita Optimum Omega 3 Fish Oil.  I have been taking fish oil for about 5 years now.  I like trying different brands to find what the best fit for me is.

Over the years I have tried many brands.  As a rule I normally have to take a fish oil that is a burp free formula.  I have had some that have really caused me issues in that way.  There is absolutely nothing worse than a fishy aftertaste.  Especially when it is caused my burping.  It can be quite horrible.

With Vita Optimum Omega 3 Fish Oil I thankfully didn't have any issues.  I have to be honest I was a little considered because of the issues I had with other formulations in the past.

Taking fish oil is highly beneficial.  It can help with heart health, diabetes, and cholestrol to name a few.  If you are prone or suffering from any of these conditions it would be to your benefit to take Vita Optimum Omega 3 Fish oil.

It has also been shown to help with anxiety and depression. Vita Optimum Omega 3 Fish Oil can also clear up acne or psoriasis.  

When I was pregnant the last time I was told to take a fish oil supplement.  It helps to maintain a healthy pregnancy.  It is of a benefit to the mother and the baby in many ways.

You really have to be careful when you are selecting a fish oil.  Since some fish has mercury you really have to be careful what brand you select and make sure they protect you from excessive mercury.

Vita Optimum Omega 3 Fish Oil is different than most formulas because it has more EHA and DHA.  Vita Optimum Omega 3 Fish Oil contains 800mg of EHA and 400mg of DHA.
