  1. I had never heard ot Botticelli Golden Balsamic Condiment before. I bet it's delicious on veggies.

  2. I would like to try the Italian Cherry Donuts recipe. I would never have thought you could use olive oil in a doughnut recipe.

  3. I love they explain how and why to infuse oil with herbs.

  4. On their blog they post The Importance of Family Meals. It's good to know they feel their products are healthy.

  5. I visited their site and learned what the uses are for the different kinds of olive oil. I never knew before.

  6. I didn't know there was such a thing as Botticelli Golden Balsamic Condiment. I just had heard of balsamic vinegar--didn't realize there were different kinds.

  7. I learned that different types of olive oil have different smoke points. For example, light in taste olive oil has a much higher smoke point that the extra virgin.
