I was so excited when I was given the opportunity to review the Very Healthy Spiral Slicer. I have been trying very hard to eat healthy. That can be a difficult task when you have little kids around.
My family is hard to get to eat anything healthy. That is until I started using the Very Healthy Spiral Slicer. My oldest daughter is almost 5 and she loves to help me make veggie noodles. Helping means she moves the noodles to where I need them. She is then extremely excited to try the noodles that she has helped make.
It is extremely easy to use. I was really surprised just how easy and quick the process is. It is a lot quicker than cutting veggies by hand that is for sure. Oh and cleaning is extremely easy! That is a big plus because there is nothing worse than a culinary tool that is hard to clean.
I love the fact that there are two different blades that cut your veggies exactly how you want. I have loved making different salads with the Very Healthy Spiral Slicer. Oh and stir fry has never been easier! I love stir fry but used to shy away from it because of the prep. With the Very Healthy Spiral Slicer your prep is no longer a worry.
I would definitely recommend the Very Healthy Spiral Slicer. You can check it out yourself by clicking here.
