Where to start?

I've been interested in starting this for a long time.  I really am not sure what direction I am going to take this blog.  Of course it will be pretty focused on my family.  I've been married to my husband Bobby for 5 years now.  We have Kaylee who is 3 1/2 years old.  She is my wild, full of energy, constantly talking child.  Our youngest is Aby (Abygail), she is 15 months old.  So far she is a goofball, she does anything to make everyone laugh.

I've had a lot of grief and loss in my life.  My mom died when I was 8 which led to a hard childhood.  I had an awesome brother, Jon, who died 2 1/2 years ago in a freak accident at work.  My dad has recently been diagnosed with Stage 4 Larynx cancer and started treatment last month.  I hope that maybe my trials and experiences might help someone else going through hard times.  I feel like the things I've been through have made me stronger and if I can help someone feel better about what they are going through something good has come out of it.

I love to cook when I have time.  I also am interested in crafts, although if I'm honest I'm very good at starting them, not so much actually finishing them.  I like to spend any spare time I have entering sweepstakes and contests.  I have won quite a bit over a short time.  Eventually I would like to get involved in having my own on here, we will see.
