Fresh Fruit Vinegars by Mange Review

I love vinegar, all different types. When I was offered to review Fresh Fruit Vinegars I was extremely excited. I love using vinegar in recipes, salads, you name it I've used it.
I was given the pear and blackberry flavors to try. I knew right away that I wanted to make a salad and use the blackberry as the vinegar base in my dressing. It was a simple salad.
I used spinach as my base. I added purple onion, baby bellas, blackberries, and finished it with my dressing. I combined the Fresh Fruit Vinegar Blackberry with olive oil, equal parts. It was AMAZING! We used all the blackberry flavored vinegar in that meal! Even my toddler girls liked it and they are picky!
With the pear Fresh Fruit Vinegar it took me a while to decide for sure what to make with it. Especially when I considered how fast the blackberry Fresh Fruit Vinegar disappeared! I decided to make shredded pork.
I usually use apple cider vinegar in my pork but I thought the pear would be just as good if not better. I only used half of the bottle so that I was able to make something else.
I cook my shredded pork in the crock pot and add a tiny bit of BBQ sauce while it is cooking. We personally don't add anymore but of course you can if you like it that way. It was awesome!
For the remainder of the pear Fresh Fruit Vinegar I marinaded chicken breasts. I used the Fresh Fruit Vinegar, about a tablespoon of oil, garlic and pepper. I don't add salt to my meals but you definitely can.
I let the chicken marinade in the refrigerator for like 4 hours. I then browned them in a pan and transferred them to a 350 oven for about 40 minutes.
I really enjoyed the flavor that was absorbed throughout the chicken. My girls didn't like this one but hey like I said they are picky.
I would highly recommend the Fresh Fruit Vinegars to everyone! I loved them and so did my family. I can't wait to try the other flavors honestly! You can check them out yourself by going to https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/fresh-fruit-vinegar-production.

(Fresh Fruit Vinegars by Mange Review) These vinegars sound wonderful for some great summer cookouts on the grill. My husband would really enjoy using them.
