When I was little,(I am a twin,identical to boot),we always had heaps of christmas gifts,as we was the first set of twins in our family,Anything you could think of we got,dolls,games,all sorts of clothing. But our favorite thing was the ribbons our grandmother would crochet for us,she made every color you could think of,and very durable!! She taught us how to crochet as well,and now the ribbons and bows she gave us then,my granddaughter,now enjoys!!!
ReplyDeleteI have so many great holiday memories, and I wanted to create the same with my own kids. When they were younger, they could open one gift on Christmas Eve. It was always pajamas that they could wear immediately and have nice, new Christmas pajamas for their Christmas morning photos.

ReplyDeleteI miss when I was a kid and was able to celebrate with my brother. We always had so much fun. Since he is no longer here I miss those times even more.
ReplyDeleteOne year as a child, we were very poor, my dad made me a play kitchen from recycled stuff he found. It was so realistic! It had a real little sink and faucet, real countertops, and even a little dining table and chairs that he made. It entertained me for years!

My favorite holiday memory was just 2 Christmases ago when we went to Disney World. The atmosphere was amazing! It was the best trip as a family. I can't wait to go again this year.
